What this covers
Three things. Getting you set up: porting your existing number, configuring hardware and apps, and building call routing that matches how your business actually operates. Running it: managing users as your team grows or changes, keeping call quality and uptime solid. And making sure it fits: connecting your phone system to your CRM or other tools instead of leaving it as a separate island.
We're honest about fit too. If your business genuinely doesn't need more than a couple of lines and a basic setup, we won't sell you an enterprise system with features you'll never touch.
How it works
Current setup review
We look at what you have now, how many lines, how calls get routed, what's costing you money, and what's actually missing.
System design
We recommend a setup based on your team size and how calls should flow, with real monthly costs before you commit to anything.
Number porting and configuration
Your existing number moves over, auto-attendants and call routing get built out, and hardware or apps get set up for your team.
Cutover
We switch you over with minimal disruption, usually scheduled outside business hours so nobody misses a call during the transition.
Ongoing support
Call quality issues, new hire setup, feature changes, we handle it directly instead of routing you through a phone company call center.
Who this is for
Businesses still paying for traditional phone lines that cost more and do less every year. Hybrid or multi-location teams who need one phone system that works everywhere instead of a landline stuck in one office. And businesses already on VoIP who suspect they're overpaying or under-using what they have.
What happens when phone systems are set up badly
Calls that ring nowhere because routing was never configured properly. Voicemail nobody checks because it's not connected to email. A system that works fine in the office but leaves remote staff cut off from the business line entirely. Features you're paying for every month that nobody on your team knows exist.
Common questions
Will we keep our existing phone number?
Yes. We port your existing business number over to the new system with no downtime and no missed calls. If you're starting fresh, we can set up new numbers just as easily.
What happens to our phones if the internet goes down?
Calls can be set to automatically forward to a mobile number or another location during an outage, so you're not completely cut off. We configure failover options as part of setup.
Can remote or hybrid employees use the system?
Yes, that's one of the main advantages. Anyone on the system can make and receive calls on your business number from a mobile app or laptop softphone, wherever they're working from.
How much does VoIP typically cost compared to a landline?
Most small businesses see a lower monthly cost per line compared to traditional phone service, plus features that used to cost extra come standard. Exact pricing depends on user count and features, and we give you real numbers before you switch.
What hardware do we actually need?
Desk phones are optional, not required. Many businesses run entirely on mobile and desktop apps. If you want physical handsets at reception or shared spaces, we handle sourcing and setup for those too.
