What this covers

Everything between your internet connection and the laptop in your hand: cabling, switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewall, VPN, and the security rules that decide who can reach what. We design it, install it, configure it, and document it. Whether you are opening a new office, moving to a new space, or finally replacing the consumer router the office has outgrown, the result is the same: fast, stable, and secure.

Security is not an add-on here. In NYC, a lot of our clients are law firms, accountants, and studios handling confidential client data. The network is built from day one so that a compromised guest laptop cannot reach your file server, and someone working from home connects through a proper VPN instead of a workaround.

How it works

01

Site walkthrough

We visit your space, look at the layout, count the people and devices, and find the dead zones and bottlenecks. In older Manhattan buildings, thick walls and weird layouts matter more than spec sheets.

02

Design

We map out cabling, access point placement, switch capacity, and firewall rules. Separate networks for staff, guests, and things like printers and cameras, so one weak device cannot expose everything.

03

Installation

Business-grade hardware, installed clean. We coordinate with your building and your ISP so you are not stuck playing middleman. Most small office installs are done in a day or two.

04

Lockdown

Firewall configured with sane rules, guest Wi-Fi isolated, VPN set up for remote work, default passwords gone, admin access documented and handed to you. It is your network. You get the keys.

05

Monitoring and handoff

We can watch the network for outages and intrusion attempts going forward, or hand you clean documentation and walk away. Your call.

Who this is for

Offices moving into a new space, businesses that have outgrown a home-grade router, and any firm that handles client data and cannot afford to be casual about it. If your Wi-Fi drops during video calls, if the whole office shares one password that has not changed in three years, or if you honestly do not know whether you have a firewall, you are in the right place.

What happens with a bad network

Slow file access and dropped calls are the visible part. The invisible part is worse: one flat network where a hacked device can see everything, no record of who connected, and no way to know something went wrong until a client asks why they received a strange email from you. Most small business breaches start with basics that were never set up. This service is those basics, done right.

Common questions

Can you fix our existing network or does everything need to be replaced?

We reuse whatever is worth reusing. Often the cabling is fine and the problem is an overloaded router or badly placed access points. We tell you what stays and what goes, with reasons.

How long does a new office setup take?

For a typical small office, planning takes about a week and the physical install one or two days. Complicated buildings or landlord approvals can stretch that, and we flag it early if so.

What hardware do you use?

Business-grade equipment from established brands, sized to what you actually need. We do not resell hardware at a markup, so we pick what fits your office, not what pads an invoice.

We are a small firm. Do we really need a firewall?

Yes. Attacks are automated and do not check your headcount. A properly configured firewall is one of the cheapest pieces of protection you can buy, and for law firms and accountants it is also a client expectation.

Do you handle office moves?

Yes, and it is one of the best times to fix a network. We plan the new space before moving day so the internet, Wi-Fi, phones, and printers work the morning your team walks in.
