What this covers
The everyday stuff that stops work: email problems, computers that will not start, printers, Wi-Fi drops, software errors, locked accounts, suspicious emails someone clicked, new employee setups, and the mystery problems nobody can explain. Mac and PC, hardware and software, in the office and remote.
Because we are based in NYC with offices in Flatiron and Midtown East, on-site help is not a shipping label or a next-week appointment. When a problem cannot be fixed remotely, someone shows up.
How it works
You reach us directly
Call, email, or message. A person answers, not a phone tree. You describe the problem once, in normal words, and we take it from there.
Remote fix first
Most problems get solved in a secure remote session within minutes. You watch the whole thing on your screen. No mystery, no waiting for a visit that was never necessary.
On-site when it matters
Hardware failures, network problems, anything physical: we come to your office, typically same day within Manhattan. Both our offices are in the middle of the city for a reason.
We fix the cause, not just the symptom
If the same problem keeps coming back, the fix was never a fix. We find why it happened and close it out properly.
Repeat problems get engineered away
Patterns get flagged. If your team hits the same issue every month, we change the setup so it stops happening, instead of billing you to fix it forever.
Who this is for
NYC small businesses without an internal IT person: law firms, accounting practices, design studios, galleries, startups, and local offices. Businesses where the current fix for a computer problem is that everyone stops working while somebody googles it. And businesses stuck with a support provider that takes two days to answer a ticket.
What slow support actually costs
A five-person office losing a morning to an email outage burns real payroll on zero output. Do that a few times a year and slow support costs more than good support, before you even count the missed deadlines and the client who could not reach you. Fast response is not a luxury feature. It is the whole point.
Common questions
What is your response time?
Urgent issues typically get a response within the hour during business hours, and most remote fixes start within minutes of your call. On-site visits in Manhattan are usually same day. We put response targets in writing.
Do you support both Mac and PC?
Yes. Macs, Windows PCs, printers, phones, tablets, servers, and the software your business runs on. Mixed offices are completely normal for our clients.
Do we need a contract, or can we call you once?
Both work. Ongoing support plans get priority response and better rates, but if you have a one-time problem, call us. Plenty of long-term clients started with a single emergency.
Can you fix problems remotely?
Most of the time, yes. Secure remote sessions solve the majority of day-to-day issues in minutes. When something needs hands on hardware, we come to you.
What areas do you cover?
All of New York City, with fastest on-site response in Manhattan. Our offices are in the Flatiron District and Midtown East, so most of our clients are a short trip away.
