How it works outside New York
Day to day IT support, monitoring, patching, help desk, and security response, runs remotely no matter where you are. For work that needs a person on-site, a new office build, a network rewire, camera installs, or a server replacement, we schedule a visit in advance and travel to you. It’s the same approach a lot of national IT and consulting firms use, minus the call center and the markup.
We’re upfront about this because it matters: we don’t claim to have local offices we don’t have. What we do have is 16+ years of enterprise IT experience, the same standards we’d apply to a large publicly traded company’s infrastructure, applied to a business your size.
