Founder, Hello IT Group
I'm Domenico. Born in Italy, based in NYC, and I've been doing IT for over 16 years, from massive enterprise setups to scrappy startups.
I started Hello IT Group because small businesses deserve better than enterprise prices or an outsourced help desk that's never heard of your company. You need someone local who actually gives a damn whether your systems work.
I do the work myself. I talk straight. No jargon, no hard sell, no "let me sell you 47 things you don't need." I look at what you have, what you need, and what makes sense for your business. That's it.

How much does IT support cost for a small business in NYC?
It depends on your headcount and setup, but most small businesses land somewhere between a few hundred and a couple thousand dollars a month for ongoing support. We look at what you actually have and need before quoting anything. No bundled add-ons you'll never use.
Do you offer on-site IT support in Manhattan?
Yes. We're based in the Flatiron District and Midtown East, and most of our clients are within a short trip of one of those offices. On-site visits are part of how we work. Not everything can be fixed remotely.
What's the difference between break-fix and managed IT services?
Break-fix means you call us when something breaks and pay for that visit. Managed services means we're watching your systems, patching, and backing things up before they break, for a flat monthly rate. Most businesses save money and headaches switching to managed once they've had one bad outage.
How quickly can you respond to an IT emergency in NYC?
For active outages, we aim to respond within the hour and get someone on-site the same day when needed. You'll talk to a person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.
Do you work with Mac-only creative agencies?
Yes. A good chunk of our client base is designers, architects, and creative studios running all-Mac environments. We handle mixed Mac/PC networks just as often.
